This trail takes you from the Interlakes Campground, to Three Isle Lake for the first night. The second takes you over the ridge itself (a stunning, but challenging day!), and the third takes you down from Aster Lake, back to the Interlakes Campground.
Directions:
Travel South on Hwy 40 (just East of Canmore), until you see a sign for Upper Kananaskis Lake, and follow the signs to the Interlakes Parking Lot.

UpsideStatistics is wrong. It's a 32-33km hike, doable in 9-13 hours depending on your fitness level. It's a great 2 or 3 day backpack trip too.
